Measuring cell performance to ensure compliance with product specifications.
Updating work in process trackers.
Communicate to support personnel issues with test equipment.
Order / reorder process materials as needed.
Perform support assembly work installing a variety of mechanical and electrical components Follow established procedures in assembly operations Incorporating engineering changes and upgrade reworks on field return units.
Performs several complex electro-mechanical assembly tasks.
Assemble modules and subassemblies using approved soldering, wiring/ cabling, connector installation, and bonding Top level system integration of PCBA's, modules, subassemblies, components, and housings.
UV curing of epoxies and conformal coatings Die and Wire Bonding Performs tasks associated with use of process ovens for curing and cleaning of parts.
