This role is integral to our growth, with a key focus on managing our call center operations to set appointments for our sales team.
Your role is critical in driving customer satisfaction and employee growth, so a robust background in team management, script development, training, tracking, and handling inbound leads is essential.
Your responsibilities will include:
Directing and managing a dedicated call center team with an emphasis on setting appointments for sales representatives.
Effectively managing the internet and phone leads to maximize sales opportunities.
o Proficiently using CRM and other software tools to streamline operations.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of call center representatives - Analyze call center performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns - Oversee call center operations to ensure efficiency and productivity - Develop and implement training programs for call center staff - Monitor call recordings for quality assurance purposes - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience
Experience:
- Proven experience in call center management or a similar role - Strong project management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and priorities - Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities - Ability to manage a diverse team and foster a positive work environment - Multilingual skills, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly desirable - Solid understanding of customer service principles and practices We offer competitive compensation packages.
