Responsibilities:
- Dough and Batter Mixing -Fillings, Toppings, Creams, Curds, and Jams -Pastry Construction -Pastry Baking -Taking Responsibility for brisk work pace, accuracy, and achieving as high standards as you can.
The ideal candidate would have an interest in how the processes work and desire to see each product come out as good as possible.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations Skills:
- Proficient Pastry skills and interest in rustic pastry that is focused on seasonal produce.
-A strong creative penchant for playing around with flavors - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must.
The right candidate should able to communicate clearly with management as well as coworkers.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines with the support of management.
