Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage office communications -- visitors, phone calls & emails Educating and scheduling clients Managing new client opportunities (leads) Updating client charts - medical history, notes, etc Maintain office cleanliness Tracking and ordering office supplies Providing basic marketing, social media, and reviews support Qualifications Positive attitude and easy-going demeanor Passion for Health & Wellness Exceptional communication skills Desire to get to know patients and understand their goals Confidence to offer suggestions based on what the client is telling you Initiative to solve problems independently and creatively Detail oriented, not allowing anything to fall through the cracks Maintain composure when things go wrong Be prompt and prepared at all times Job Type:
