Position Overview:
Administrative Assistant- Full-Time or Part-Time We are presently seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our Outpatient Behavioral Health team in Beverly, MA.
This candidate will engage in secretarial and administrative support services.

Beverly, MA
Responsibilities:
include providing ongoing administrative support at the clinic, performing general clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and mail management.
Answering incoming calls, transferring them appropriately, and taking/delivering messages.
Offering continuous customer service support, monitoring visitor access, handling client inquiries, and interacting with vendors.
Managing deliveries, maintaining medical record systems, retrieving documents, and processing information requests.
Assisting in verifying insurance coverage, collecting payments, and ensuring up-to-date insurance and demographic details for Behavioral Health Department clients.
Supporting Outpatient Directors in scheduling appointments, communicating changes with therapists and physicians, and conducting reminder calls to clients with scheduled appointments.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma is a mandatory requirement.
Preferred qualifications include the successful completion of basic clerical or medical/clerical courses.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a clerical support role is necessary, with a preference for candidates who have worked in a psychiatric healthcare setting.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in time management and organizational skills, possess a keen attention to detail, and have a basic proficiency in computer skills.
The ability to effectively manage and maintain Electronic Medical Records is essential.
