Looking for a full time, professional Medical Assistant with surgical experience in assisting MD's with office visits and minor procedures performed in the office.
Computer experience preferred with knowledge of the Epic EHR.
Duties include assisting the MD with procedures, care and sterilization of instruments, rooms and workspace organization, restocking and inventory of supplies in exam rooms, scheduling colonoscopies, appointments and other tests ordered by the MD.
Obtaining prior authorizations/referrals as needed for patients.
Professional telephone and communication skills necessary for triage of a variety of problems from patients.
Must be professional at all times and able to work well as a team player and reliable! Job Type:
