Job Description:
Welcome to Beverly Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health. Beverly Hospital is a full service, community hospital providing leading-edge, patient-centered care to North Shore and Cape Ann residents. Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectivenessCollaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient. Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes. The orientation period is specific to the orientee and the unit in which you are working. The average medical surgical orientation is approximately a 12- week residency program. Preceptors will be assigned to you for the duration of your orientation. The clinical educator who supports your unit will remain with you through your orientation period and beyond.
Qualifications:
BSN preferredo Must have completed all clinical rotations and be eligible to take the nurse registrationo American Heart Association - Basic Life Support Certificate FLSA Status:
