is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced, senior level Property Manager for a large, multi-family residential property located in Beverly, MA.
The Property Manager oversees all functions of the property, including supervision of on-site staff, handling resident communications and issues, performing annual certifications, REAC inspection preparation and managing the A/R process.
For this position we are requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Residential Property Manager.
The ideal candidate must be able to manage complex issues while working in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate should also have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Section 8 and HUD compliance.
Excellent customer service and organizational skills are also a must have for this position.
Conflict management skills to handle resident disputes effectively are necessary for success in this role.
A COS is preferred but not required at the time of hire.
