The Executive Director is expected for the successful leadership and management of the company in according to the strategic direction set by the Board of Directors. The Executive Director will report to Board of Directors and will have overall strategic and operational duty for effectively coordinating staff, outside consultants, finances, programs, fundraising, and the overall successful execution of organization s mission. It is the duty of the Executive Director to offer support to the board of directors by promoting meeting agendas and appropriate supporting materials. In addition the person will draft policies for the approval of the board of directors and make procedures to implement the company policies.
