Real Estate Productivity Coach, Director of Training and Education

Increase productivity of real estate agents through Productivity Coaching as quickly as possible. Develop, implement and maintain a world class real estate training calendar and course curriculum.
What are the most frequent and most essential work activities in this job?
Meet weekly with real estate agents in coaching to review their key numbers and hold them accountable to completion of actions.
Support the Team Leader (Office Managers) in generating, implementing, and distributing the monthly real estate training calendar.
The Productivity Coach is driven, yet compassionate. He/She exhibits a take-charge, results-oriented approach to situations and goals, yet also relishes seeing others achieve. Productivity Coaches work closely with the Team Leader to create and implement real estate productivity events and training in the Market Center (Office).
Productivity Coaches should be highly skilled in holding others accountable, and should have a rich knowledge base of what to hold others accountable to. They delight in knowing that they have attained success when the associates in their coaching program and in their Market Center (Office) succeed.
Real Estate Sales Experience Required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
