Our healthcare client is seeking a Contract Human Resources Business Partner to support;
Home Care & Private Duty Services
Assisted Living facility
Adult Day Health programs
Position Overview:
This will include partnering with business unit leaders to provide advice and counsel related to all functional areas of human resources. The HR Contractor will provide HR support including using PeopleSoft to process day to day operational and transactional activity related to performance evaluations/merit increases, benefits changes, status changes, etc. This is a true HRBP/generalist role. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Contractor will be part of a three person team including an HR Representative whose primary role encompasses recruiting and on boarding of new employees.

Requirements:
A minimum of 7-10 years of HRBP or progressively responsible HR generalist experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, solution oriented
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Business acumen
Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility; strong relationship building skills
HCM system experience required; PeopleSoft experience preferred
Proven track record for delivering exceptional customer service
PHR/SPHR preferred
Pay rate range: $40-55/hr
Projected duration: 3 months
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
